After your first visit, you have flexibility:

Secure a fixed spot: Lock in a recurring day and time.

Book as you go: Use our online portal to schedule individual appointments whenever they work for you.
We are a private billing clinic and our fees are $250 per 50 minute session. We may assist with claiming WorkCover or NDIS (self and plan managed only), but the rebates may not cover the whole cost of the session.

Life doesn’t always follow a schedule.
If you need extra support between your regularly scheduled sessions, or if it’s been a while and you’re ready for a catch-up session, you can manage it all right here.
Log in to the portal to:

Add a "booster" session if you're navigating a busy week.

Reschedule or book a one-off appointment to get back into the swing of things.
Note: Your regular recurring slots remain unchanged unless you request a permanent shift.
Please note! Not all clinicians see clients via telehealth, particularly for our younger clients. If a telehealth booking is made and it is deemed unsuitable we will cancel the appointment and contact you to let you know.
