Our Services and Fees

We invest in our psychologists and therapy animals who deliver high quality psychological care. Our fee structure aims to balance our needs as a business while providing accessible mental health support.

Payment is required at the time of consultation by credit card, debit card or cash.

To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, a person must be referred by their GP and in some instances by another medical specialist. Speak to your GP about your eligibility to claim these Medicare benefits and the best person to make your referral. We are a private billing clinic and do not bulk bill, and there will be an out-of-pocket amount.

The current Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee is $318 per hour.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Our clinicians have a passion for working with children and

young people, both individually and in groups.

Adult Therapy

Our clinicians have significant experience in working with adults, helping them manage mental health difficulties and grow towards wellbeing.

Cognitive Assessment

We are currently offering assessment for clients aged 12 years and up including:

ADHD
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Mental Health (including Personality Disorders)

Our assessments can include a comprehensive report if required. Please contact our reception if you are interested in an Assessment and we can provide you with a quote for your specific needs.

NDIS and Workcover

We accept clients that are self or plan-managed under NDIS. We also accept Workcover clients and can help to claim direct so there is no out of pocket cost for you.

We are not an NDIS registered provider. That means, for our NDIS clients we can only see clients who a re plan or self managed.

For clients with an accepted Workcover claim, we need the name of your case manager and case number so that we can claim on your behalf.
